Onions rings were totally burned. No aceptable sell something like that . I have pictures to show ! This isn?t the first time ,... in the drive thru , they serve something burned o in not good condition. Please respect Custumer heath !!! Plus the customerservice line is connected to fax machine, so u never get the chance to express u concern. Shame Read more
Just had Harvey's, too far to return food. Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken combos, and an Angus combo. The Buffalo chickens were cold... and like cardboard with barely there lettuce and tomatoes on a stale bun, and the fries were like batons. The Angus burger wascold and baton fries again. The drinks, one was totally not what we ordered, we asked for no ice and got 3/4 of the cup full ofice. And to top it all off, it took 30 minutes in drive thru. i feel like the employees don?t want to serve us so they take a terribly long time making the food to try to get us to drive... off. there were 4 employees outside in front of us while we sat and waited without even being acknowledged yet. kinda ridiculous Read more
