Staff are helpful and friendly. We accidentally go dropped off at the winery instead of the proper venue for a wedding. We... didn't have our phones with us and staff were friendly to call us a cab and ensure we were safe and okay. Read more

I recently held an all-day meeting at Casablanca. It went off seamlessly. The room had a great setup and had everything we... needed. The staff were attentive and ensured that everything was well stocked throughout the day. Lunch was very good andsatisfied all attendees. Furniture in room seemed a bit dated,there was a hole in the cushion on are couch.Room was clean.Safe did not work.Could of used... more towels in bathroom.No extra ones. Bed was comfortable,Stayed for new years party. music and dinner was nice.buffet atmidnight was so so.needed more utensils.no pizza this year,and the omelette guy was no longer there for breakfast in themorning.But the food was good. Very pleased with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were impeccable. The food at breakfast was well... worth the price. We went to this hotel for a wedding. The wedding services provided by the hotel were, from the outside, verywell put together. I'd consider using this facility in the future. The only thing not making this a 5 ???? review, is that thedinner provided by the hotel for the wedding was slow moving. The guest list was 70 people, but the staff seemed a bitoverwhelmed. Could have been an off night and for that I'm unwilling to condemn them completely, but I feel a 4 ???? review isfair and accurate. Read more
