Driving home hungry from a small road trip in the Niagara area, we checked Google Maps for a restaurant nearby. Although we were... just looking for fast food, Grimsby Thai was the closest one. So we decided, why not give it a try? It turned out to be apleasant end to our trip as we enjoyed some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Everything was perfectly cooked, nicely platedand had beautifully balanced flavours. Every bite hit the right notes with us: shrimp, curry, tamarind, fish sauce, peanut --all those wonderful Thai flavours complementing each other in perfect harmony.
