I ordered 2 chicken habanero wraps and a French vanilla. The wraps were ok but the French vanilla was literally water. It was... not even close to what you get at other locations- they've possibly been diluting the coffee to save on costs. Read more

Finally leaving a review after a lifetime of disappointment. Orders are wrong, employees are short tempered, and during the... middle of the hottest days in the summer the Iced Capp machine "goes down" because they're too lazy to clean it or replace it.Typical corporate place of spend as little as possible while not caring about the customer. Was in town for a show with a friend. My friend and I ordered food and sat and waited for 25 minutes just for them to FORGET to... make our food. Not to mention the disgusting mess inside. Floors were visibly dirty, the garbage was overflowing both outsideAND inside, it was gross. No toilet paper in the men's bathroom and they didn't seem to care when it was mentioned. Worst TimHortons I have ever been to. No wonder they're hiring. Maybe hire better staff? Not going back when I'm come for another show. Read more
