If they put the right chicken on my mobile orders better than 65% of the time I?d give them five stars.
If I could give 0 Stars I would. What a terrible location this is. I ordered a warp which when rolled was wrapped so badly that... everything was falling out when placed on the grill and when I asked if it could be rewrapped the rude girl behind the countersaid no it?s the best I can do and rolled the wrap and all the spilled out toppings into the wrapper and shoved it into the bag.The wrap of course opened in the bag spilling the contents out into it. I don?t know why I went here it?s always terribleservice and quality I am always hoping for it to be better but I will not return. Read more
I was in the store today and a gentleman working for the Door Dash delivery service was in to pick up an order. The... clerk/sandwich artist was extremely rude, condescending and made me uncomfortable because of this. The delivery driver wassimply asking for the order and showing her that he did indeed have an order due, she spoke loudly and very rudely to himstating "I don't have an order I'm not making you anything" she then spoke on the phone and seemed to hang up on the individualon the other end, I'm assuming was the Door Dash service that called as I over heard yhe driver state that he was calling themto rectify the problem. After hanging up the phone she turned to another patron at the till and stated "I didn't get no orderI'm not making anything" this has completly put me off of this establishment. In this day and age this kind of treatment ofeachother is sad. He was polite to her and met with this kind of attitude was disgusting to watch. Read more

I want to start by saying that I love Subway. I've been a customer for 10+ years, and don't plan on stopping now. The meatball... on flatbread, and toasted cold cut on herbs and cheese, are my favorites. They are what I usually get when I visit Subway, andare what I have in mind when I recommend Subway to others. This is because of their (usual) freshness and variety ofingredients, that I have come to expect. In the previous 3 months however, I have been very unsatisfied with this particularSubway. Since starting my new job in Crystal Lake, I've visited this Subway almost every week day. I've ordered different subson different breads, rice wraps, you name it. The quality is sometime straight-up offensive. The iceberg lettuce is usuallywilted if not soft/wet, and the tomatoes and green peppers are sometimes frozen. Again, I've been here daily for months.Cucumbers? Don't bother ordering them; they're paper thin and soft. The staff are indifferent at worst and very polite at best,depends on the Sandwich Artist? you get. The young guys an girls assemble sandwiches (wraps especially!) like amateurs. Oldiesdo good! But if I order "too much" I can expect to find my sandwich overflowing with ingredients upon opening the paper wrapper.You'd think these kids would know how much spinach can fit on a footlong! And oh, half the time I'm at the drive thru, I have toremind the kid what chips I want and what soda I ordered, yes, it's a DIET Dr Pepper... It's frankly embarrassing! I usuallywalk into Mucho Burrito next door now, depending on how badly I want my darned footlong cold cut combo. I'll give this placeanother run-through in a year, maybe.
