Most employees are chatting in a non-Canadian language which is embarrassing to say the least. I was waiting for my order for... more than 5 minutes standing in the receiving area with other employees just cleaning up, but the cashier was busy chatting withother 3 female co-employees, later I realized that he is the one to serve what I ordered. Went there today for a donut,, changed my mind and ordered 4 tidbits and a cappuccino. Cappuccino was terrible, no flavor and I... got 4 donuts instead of 4 tidbits, I was charged for 4 donuts...upon discussing this to another server, that this is not what Iordered, she turned around and walked away..terrible food and worthless service. Worst tim hortons around. Always out of products, rarely ever gets the order right. Don't forget your change as they steal that... too and then get upset when you ask for your correct change.
