Very disappointing stop at A&W last night at approximately 9:15pm. We were asked to pull over and wait for 6 minutes for my... decaf coffee. After 17 minutes someone finally came out with our order. She apologized and said they gave us an extra sweetpotato fries for our inconvenience. When we got home to sit down and enjoy our meal, we realized they didn't give us the 3chicken strips and my coffee was the wrong size! And it was the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. I had to dump it out it wasso gross! They obviously gave our order to the wrong person and then just threw things together hoping it was right. I paid $26for this order and only got $16 worth!! What's even more frustrating is that there was no receipt with the order, it was givento another customer. Really poor service and even though they tried to make it right, it still wasn't enough.
