Went to SOTO with a few other people. We started with calamari and gyoza. Calamari was either cooked from frozen or over cooked... but the gyozas were wonderful. Used to be great every time , this was my go to for take out 3-4 times per month . But the last 3-4 orders have been getting... worse each time. Todays order was horrible . Not sure what has changed , but the food is no longer fresh , prices have gone up, and portions have shrunk .
