I was in town for a few days with a film crew of 21 people. The night before our photo shoot on Kicking Horse Mountain, our... breakfast plans fell through. I showed up at this Tims location and needed 21 breakfast sandwiches and muffins. Cory happilyhelped us and had her team make everything so quickly. The cheerful attitude of her and all of the staff at 5:30am really mademy day. We had a great shoot and no one was hungry :) Thanks Cory!!!! Read more
I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. They only have one person working the line inside. I waited 7 minutes in line &... left without moving from my spot. Decided to try going through the drive through. Another bad mistake! Waited another 6 minutesin that line without moving! Luckily I was able to get out of the line & leave. I suggest this location hire more staff sothere is more than one person to serve over 15 customers standing in line. Read more
This place is in shambles. Just driving up there is overflowing trash spilling out of the trash cans. But I see the signs for... low staff, sure it happens. Next I see the sign for the lobby closed, once again fine it happens. Next I don't see any signs forno food, waited 10-15 minutes in a line to find out there is no food. No signs at all I get to the order window, no one talksfor 2 minutes, I'm like ok they are busy (1 car in front of me). Once the guy was ready I start ordering as the board says foodis there.... Says we aren't serving food right now. No explanation. It's 9pm, I'm not looking for a coffee at 9pm. Why are theyeven open if they aren't serving food and drive thru only!?
