Went in today just before noon hour. One staff member working, and working her butt off for the line of us there. She kept... looking at the clock so I asked if she was expecting some help at noon and she said she was suppose to have help at 11:30 buthad no idea where her coworker was. Anyways, she ran her behind off, apologizing (for nothing that was her fault) and with asmile and friendly demeanour. I just wanted to thank her for an awesome job under a lot Of stress and keeping her cool andcomposure.
