We were here on 25th August 2022. I am from Edmonton Alberta. We got lucky to find a Subway in Gananoque. We crunched our hunger... at this location with definitely in a proper guidance. It has been almost over 2 years we have never visited to a subway in anywhere. When we entered the store we were greeted properly. Girl "Mahi" was the one who helped us to understand new menu Itemsand new recipes of subs. My kids are Gluten Allgergic and Mahi took care of that in really professional manner as she changedthe gloves and cleaned the counter. All 4 subs were garnished and really well balanced. I would love to see such an excellentcustomer service along with such undetstanding of the products and professionalism. I usually have great service here... But today it was just absolutely Terrible! There was no meat in the counter to put on my... subs so as she waited for them to fill it up.. She put all of the stuff on the subs 1st... So when she put the meat on it, Halfof it was hanging out of the sub.. Yeah I know no big deal I could fix it when I get home but it was a big mess...
