We had a great meal with excellent service. Expect to pay a premium price for the professional service and exceptional... food. Our server was friendly, prompt and professional in his demeanour. The meal exceeded our expectations from the start tofinish. Portion sizes were beyond our expectations and the quality of the food was second to none. We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing and delicious evening at Maxwell's last week. This was our first visit since Maxwell's revised... its format to steak and seafood. We found the menu complete with just the right variety of appetizers and entrées to ourliking. My rack of lamb was tender, tasty and cooked to medium-rare perfection. We told our charming and very efficientserver, Teresa, that we were not in a hurry and she accommodated our pace perfectly. Her wine and menu suggestions were greatlyappreciated. We topped the evening off with a special Maxwell's coffee. Wonderful! And it was so nice to find a restaurantwhere the ambient noise has been controlled. An extraordinary experience from start to finish. Unique combination of dishes and flavours on the menu. With some selections... there was a sauce menu to choose from which all looked delicious. I would certainly recommend the new tuna appetizer as it's thebest I've had in all my travels. We were a large group, and everyone expressed how much they enjoyed their choices. Large winemenu.
