I hate to write a negative review, this burgerking was/is good for a while prior. But lately has been becoming dissapointing.... Orders are accurate and food is good, but lacking major organizational skills for such a small location. Multiple times chose topick up via drive thru, then told by drive thru to come in. Then after choosing to only do inside pick up, multiple times havehad my mobile order given away to someone else at drive thru meaning I now have to be punished and wait 10+ mins longer when thepurpose of mobile ordering was to pick up on time. How does a mobile order even get given away by accident, I have a name andnumber under my order. I will be a returning customer, some of the staff you have is the issue. Hoping someone sees this for thebetterment of future customers. This still is the same place that has had quick and good service in the past though. Read more

Wanted a Whopper. Wife wanted a Whopper. Drove 23 kms to the restaurant. No lettuce or tomatoes for the burgers. Wanted coffee... with the meal. No coffee. 2 TFW's were apologetic. Worst observation was the cleanliness of the prep area. Fries were all overthe floor and it looked filthy. Wouldn't have seen the mess except for the fact that the drive through was closed. Read more
