I called my local Greco after ordering online to inquire how a customer could use their Greco points they earn. I have tried... navigating through the online site to figure it out with no success, so I thought Greco could at least give me direction onwhere to look even. I was made to feel horrible, like I was a waist if this male's time. He did not care to help me in the leastor even ask a manager or co worker. It was just "I don't know" and he couldn't have cared less. He mentioned something aboutwatching a tutorial??? Could not tell where this supposed "tutorial" was. But really???? Everyone is gonna watch a tutorial tolearn how to use their Greco points. Customer service absolutely horrible on this occasion. Disappointing! We were greeting by the nicest lady. She was so helpful and gave a good recommendation. The restaurant was nice and clean. ... The bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. The food was really good and nice portions. We will defiantly be back tothis location, next time we are in Fredericton. Read more
