Ordered one small Coffee Crisp Caramel Macchiato Blizzard and one medium cherry chip blizzard with added cheesecake bits. The... young girl taking our order had no name tag, took 5 minutes to take our order, completely forgot to put in cheesecake bits, andclocked out without making the small blizzard. She also proceeded to ring in and make her own food including her own blizzardand leave without acknowledging us. 10 minutes of standing around staring and watching them joke around and ignore us (I assumedsomeone would notice us). Finally said ?we?ve been waiting for 10 minutes? and only one person noticed and apologized saying?there must have been miscommunication we were in a rush?. Meanwhile, the other 4 people at the front had time to talk with themanager 5 feet away. This was October 13, 2022 at 9:30 pm. Best place for a sundae, milkshake, or Blizzard. Yes, they have hot food but you know you really want dessert.
This DQ was exceptionally clean and very well run. Lots of friendly and efficient staff on hand. Had our lunch ready in a few... minutes and it was fresh and piping hot. Delicious! Will definitely go again. Read more

Prospect Street Dairy Queen is the slowest Dairy Queen there is. Save the time and make the trip across town to the north side.... So many workers standing around and not doing anything at all? Not sure where the management comes in place or maybe themanagers are the same who knows.
