This place is brutal... they never have anything in stock and the staff are miserable and rude. They are usually to busy... socializing with each other instead of paying attention to what they're doing so it takes forever to get your order and when youdo get it, it's normally messed up some how. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the City. Read more

On going issue with ordering Tea black 2 sugar, and the put milk or cream in. It wouldn't be such a big deal but happens... frequently and I usually don't open it till I'm home (45 minutes to 1 hour away) to give it time to cool down. I'm veryallergic to milk! Called them and going to make me a replacement next time I'm in.. let's see how it goes. Read more

The day after the new traffic circle opened would obviously be a busy day but the store was in no way prepared. They were short... staffed as they always were even in the past. When we showed up, no breakfast was prepared. The next day, no breakfast foodagain. Then Saturday morning came and they did have breakfast but they said this location doesn't have Maple bacon, yet it's onthe menu in several spots. The staff said they can not alter the menu. In that case, this tells me that Tim Hortons headquartersmust assume every store is offering the same thing. Otherwise they would have made the menu configurable. 3 days of a badexperience in a row, along with several other bad experiences in the past with wrong orders, slow service, sloppy at makingpeoples food, cash only (seems like all the time) etc. Although it's the most convenient location for me, I will be moving ontoanother store until they get business more in line.
