The manager made this visit for breakfast special.
The poor girl working behind the counter look like she was about to fall over. Overworked girl, understaffed place, and when we... told her to take a minute to call for help, the manager just said she had to stay there and close, at 8pm (it was 3pm) withinstructions on how to do so. Apparently the manager was on the way in, but somehow I doubt that very much judging from how thegirl looked so upset after the phone call. Read more
Not impressed. Few weeks ago Online hours said open till 10. I showed up at 10 to 9 only to be greeted by a young guy saying "If... I lie to you and say we are closed will you leave?? " I said "I'm sorry excuse me?" And he repeated it laughing. I said "Ithought you guys were open to 10?" He said no they close at 9. So I said "okay ill leave sorry I didn't know" He said "no no nodon't leave!! We are still open I can make you a sandwich". So I asked for my order and they didn't have the bread. He said "ummhow about white?? I also can't toast it" and started laughing again. So I said nevermind and I walked out. Then today i went inaround 2 PM and nobody was in the store. I waited for 10-15 minutes, called to the back. The store was unlocked but no staff wasthere so I left. I've worked customer service most of my life until recently so I totally get how frustrating it is whencustomers come in close to closing. The issue though isn't the store hours it was the young guys appalling behaviour. If he waspolite about it I wouldve left no big deal (i even tried to leave but he said to stay). His behaviour was horrible. I did speakto the manager the next day about it (ive never asked to speak to a manager before but the staff are amazing other than that oneemployee, so i figured the owners would want to know) and owner was good but then today I waited in an unstaffed store for 10-15minutes. I try to support local and all the other staff have been amazing there which is why I went back but really notimpressed. Read more

I went here about 3 times, yet the last time I was there the lettuce was dark green and slimy, the other vegetables that were... suppose to be crunchy were slightly rubbery. This happened only on the last day being there otherwise it would have been a 4/5star. You just can't do that to a take out customer!
