I enjoy the food at Montana’s. The last two times I’ve ordered, one was in restaurant and one was for takeout. The takeout... was perfect! Literally nothing left out or forgotten about, the only problem I had was that our mac & cheese was a bit toocheesy, that’s it. The in store food was delicious, fries were hot and crispy, had the brisket sandwich and it was ah-maze-ing???? Husband had the buttermilk fried chicken, it came how he wanted it (fries instead of mash), made to his liking. Drinksstayed full, we had regular check-ups from our server Angie (she’s awesome!) and anyone helping with food drop-off. Overallgreat experience ???? Read more

Pretty sure , this was the worst steak I ever had, they took the steak out of the freezer and cooked it, somehow, must have... poured as much salt as they possibly could on it t, my wife's pecan salad, no pecans, unreal, worst meal ever. Service was ok,nothing special, tipped anyways, how does this restaurant survive? Pretty sure they need a new cook or manager, as we walked outthe door, the family in front of us ,said the same,. Big fail here you guys, get it together. Or close down Read more

Well, I will give good reviews when they are due, and I'm sure I have given a good review for this location in the past. Tonight... was far from good. We were seated by a new host who knew less about the layout of the restaurant than I did. Fine, new peopleare new people, but you are selling a service and an experience. I should not have to follow the person around the restaurantlike a fool. It took about 15 mins to get acknowledged at our seats even though 3 servers had walked by our table multipletimes. Right away, efficiency has been tossed out the window. We ordered drinks and they were fine. Beer was cold, coffee was hotand fresh. Our food showed up and the fries were white. They should never have made it to our table. Sickly looking pieces ofwilted, cold oil, garbage. Sad. Then my wife's sandwich was a dry bun with meat and some fried onion pieces. No sauce, nonothing. Sad, and gross. My brisket burger was decent, but that was it. The server brought us a crispy order of fries onrequest. All in all, our $65 meal was less than average. The service was average. A good server would not have put those platesin front of us. There are no excuses for poor service or poor food in a franchise like this. It is poor ownership or management,or both. It was 6:30 pm on a Friday, and restaurant was at less than half capacity when we left after 7pm, to cook our raw friesin our air fryer at home. Sad story, but all true. Read more

Well took forever to get waited on, order the Brisket sandwich with crispy fries. The fries came white and not cooked the... Brisket sandwich should of had apple butter BBQ sauce but was dry. I had to ask server to grab me some BBQ sauce to put on mysandwich . Really I guess the last time I will spend money on this place. The server was nice that is the only reason I gave 1star. Ordered twice from here recently both experiences where not great First ordered a burger and chicken salad. The Burger was bland... and raw Inside, as well as cold. The salad itself was alright but the chicken was cold uncut and extremely difficult to cut andeat. Yesterday ordered the firecracker burger and fish and chips. First of all the fish and chips where great and of goodquality. The Burger how ever was not, it was incomplete lacking lettuce sauce and toppings. The patty was once again bland andflavourless. It’s unfortunate that this place has become recently such a dive in quality of food and word around town is notgood I am aware of multiple people who have had similar experiences. My suggestion let go the current individual who is creatingsuch monstrosities back there and get someone who can actually cook even the simplest items like a burger. Read more
