Had an early dinner at BP on Saturday. Went early to avoid the crowd. Got a table right away. Food was good and hot. Service was... excellent. Prices are still way too high. But then most restaurants have high prices today. Good place to eat, we enjoyed thevisit. Read more
BEWARE 3 out of 5 meals were ok but 2 were overcooked and unappetizing. Why didn't I just send the food back? Because our... server was nowhere to be found for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. When she finally came to our table to check on us I had eaten myfries and choked down almost half of my burger. I did tell her it was overcooked and dried out so she took it away. 12 minuteslater she came back and told us that since we were not happy and she didn't check on us sooner we would get 15% off the twomeals that were not good. That amounted to under 7 bucks; and they had stolen my half eaten unpalatable burger! Anyway, I maygive this place another chance but it may be awhile. Have ordered for pick up 4 orders of chicken wings 40 minutes in advance for my friend's birthday. Once I have arrived to pick... them up, was informed that the restaurant out of chicken wings so they've made chicken bites instead. Have asked why there wasno communication about this and was told that they've attempted to call, but couldn't reach me at Manitoba phone number ???? Wasoffered a refund if gluten was an issue. Well, gluten isn't an issue, so I ended up paying 65 dollars for chicken nuggets, askedto check if there was a mistake and indeed there was a mistake so I got 13 dollars back as was charged for 4 individual ordersinstead of 2 double orders.
