I give this establishment a -10 star.... We were there on Tuesday. Ordered the mushroom burger. It's usually the best!! What a... disappointment. They looked like a frozen burger....about half the size as you regularly get. Waited probably 40 minutes if notlonger. Got a cold burger and colder onion rings!! Got my money back, never to return. The lady working there seemed like herface would crack if she smiled...would rather be somewhere else by her attitude. She really wasn't happy when I returned ourcold offerings. The server head mask and beard mask were not wore properly. The server doesn?t talk or reply much , no courtesy at all . No... please no thank you .He was putting his finger in his ears while serving and making burger. It was disgusting. The burgerordered was crispy chicken one and the patty inside wasn?t ready to eat looks like it wasn?t done properly and honestly worstplace . This is just my opinion. I can feel the weight of the food and I can taste the quality of the ingredients used. So I don't... disagree with the price of the food. But the Buns were generic and lackluster when it comes to taste or uniqueness. They don'tstand apart from other restaurants in any particular way. The meat, condiments, produce and cheese are all great quality. Butthe burger taste collectively was not amazing. The fries are what is killing the combos. Fat Burger's french fries are my leastfavorite of any restaurant I have ever eaten at in my entire life. And that includes small mom and pop shops where they serveyou grocery store frozen fries that were heated up in a pizza oven like Burger Baron. The cheese curds and gravy that were usedon the poutine I ordered were amazing but the french fries destroyed it. I will not say anything horrible about Fatburgerbecause I believe in the quality, service, prices of their food. I just personally did not enjoy my meal as much as I expectedto. But still, respectively, I give it three stars out of five. Read more
