Horrible customer service. Seems like they never have anything available, no donuts, always a wait for ?fresh coffee? which... tastes burnt. Too many bosses & not enough workers. Always on the headset & talking away. Need better management & betterservice. Read more

Slow service and nothing is ever available the grill is always down or the toaster don't work . I really wanted a wrap they said... the grill was down ... I said I don't mind having a cold wrap or maybe just heat it in the microwave but they told me they haveto grill it so they could not sell it to me due to health regulations .... I think they just didn't want to do it cause I getcold wraps everywhere else Read more

I don't even know where to begin. I've honestly seen a steady decline in both service and quality of food/coffee. Pretty much... since they've been bought out. Whether it's bitter coffee or egg shells in my sandwich Tim Hortons is just....awful. I getcoffees on the regular and a breakfast sandwich here and there but after the constant let downs I'm done. This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to in my entire life. I love Tim Hortons, I've been to so many chains, and this one... has the worst staff and the worst service. They are always out of something. I kid you not, every time I order, they're out ofthe thing that I ordered. It's not just me who thinks this; ask anyone who goes there regularly and they will tell you how badit is. They give strange excuses for not having drinks. One time they wouldn't make me an ice cap because "it was too hotoutside". (Not sure how that affects your ability to make an ice cap, but thanks for the weather report, genius.) One time Iordered a drink, got to the window, and they handed me a steeped tea after I paid. I asked for my quencher and they said "youdidn't order anything". So I said "what did I just pay for then?" And they said "you just paid for an extra order." Their tonewas so rude, so I literally just stared at them until they refunded me. Another time, I ordered food and the lady said"kitchen's closed". Why was the kitchen closed in the middle of lunch? And she didn't even explain to me what that meant, so Ididn't know if I could order anything off the menu. I had to ask if donuts and drinks were still available, which they were.Theyve told me "kitchens closed" 4 times now. Terrible Tims, I only go there because it's the closest restaurant to my job and Iusually love Tims when it's not poorly managed. Read more

We?re driving through to Manitoba and we stopped by our favourite travel restaurant Tim Hortons We ordered almost $40 worth of... breakfast , which included 6 meals . All six hash browns looked like they were placed on top of all the food . Then they weresquished down so the bag could almost close . 3 of the 6 hash browns weren?t even in sleeves ! So we had pieces of hash brownsall over the place . Unfortunately not edible .. three meals were not complete. No napkins .. no straws that we asked for . Onour way back through this great Valley .. we will goto A&W instead . Read more
