Timhortons doesn't care people time. One may wait cup of coffee for 20 minutes.
Service is generally slower then I'm used to, coming from out of town in a larger city near Toronto, but this visit I chatted... briefly with the cashier while making my coffees to go, she stated she moved back from being in Ontario at a much faster pacedtim Hortons location...
