Wow! Highly recommend this place in Fernie. Go there. I had the chef special pasta, amazing. Fresh pasta with a rose sauce,... chicken, bacon and spinach. Great service! Read more
Awesome wait staff, incredible food, mouth watering deserts AND we went back again it was so good! Had pizza first night, hubs... has fettuccine and meatballs. Dessert was cheesecake and Pana cotta! All made in house, just like the foccacia. Second nightpesto Pollo fettuccine and roasted red pepper soup with same desserts. Best food and waitress in Fernie as far as we'reconcerned!! After a week of Canadian escape in the Fern, this place takes the award for best restaurant - and we basically did the in-town... circuit. This pasta dish and soup were lights-out! Loaf Google reviews, unfortunately, had us coming in with some skepticism,which was quickly cast away by Aesha, who turned out to be a wonderful, difference-making server. Read more
Exceptional meal and fantastic service! Ate here three years ago on a trip to Fernie and ate here two nights in a row this trip.... Should have made it three! The calamari was seriously delicious. I have a dairy allergy and really appreciated having the menusay DF or DFO so I knew what I could eat. We recommend earing here for anyone staying in Fernie! Read more

I know, it's a bit lame to post a picture of your food. However, my meal was both a surprise and a treat. This was one of The... Loafs daily specials, the Stromboli Puzza. I had expected a standard thin crust type of thing. What I got was ann awesome sortof a Calzone/Turnover hybrid. It was delicious. The Loaf is in downtown Fernie. Like so many towns in BC where the Highway 3 or1 go through " The Strip"... do yourself a favour and get into the actual town. You get a very different feel and get gems likeThe Loaf! Read more
