Sadly, we left after waiting 25 minutes for our waitress to get crayons for the kids. No drink or food order was taken. We... couldn’t even make eye contact to get a server’s attention. On top of that when we came in they probably only at 1/2capacity due to being short staffed. We also had a similar experience in the summer. Took probably 1.5 hours that timealso. Learned our lesson. Boston Pizza is typically very good and consistent from restaurant to restaurant. I was disappointed this time around. The... French onion soup had barely any cheese on it, otherwise was good. I had the Boston Brute sandwich, it was good but the frieswere apparently under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. Oh well, better luck next time... Read more
Confused by this location for the most part. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here - They were super... friendly and great to deal with. On the other hand, it would have been awesome if there was more of them. Half the restaurantwas closed when I visited from a staff shortage it seemed, leaving only the main restaurant room available for customers. Thatsaid, the food and drinks were good and the usual BP quality. The location convenience wise is fantastic as a visitor staying inthe attached hotel. I just can't help but almost feel "bad" eating-in here in a sense that the few staff on shift seemed to berunning around and overworked even with the limited tables occupied anyway. I'd absolutely come here again, but hope the staffare supported properly by management. Read more
We used to go to this location once a week. Then the past 2 times we went there, we had to wait over 20 minutes to get seated... and about 30 minutes to order. The last time we went there, we waited an hour and nobody even came to take our order once wewere seated. We eventually left without being able to order. It's a shame that many of the kind and good employees that used totreat us very kindly left their position. We will avoid this boston pizza location from now on. Read more
