Visited this Tim Horton last weekend. Without a doubt, it is the worst TH I have visited. No napkins (employee that took the... dispenser later told another employee it wasnt his job) no sweetener for my tea, waited 10 minutes to get the tea and coffeeafter payment, and waited about 10 to be served when there were only 4 people in front me. The drive-through was running veryefficiently. I would recommend any other TH or restaurant rather than this one. Read more

People waiting inside to complain of problems/mistakes in their drive through orders. After waiting in line for my purchase,... they were out of everything I wanted: out of smile cookies (it was only 10:30 am). Only 3 kinds of bagels available, baked goodwindow was desperately empty. This has to be the slowest Tom Hortons I?ve ever been too. Went through the drive thru today. I got to the window and the staff... on the drive thru window we?re talking among themselves.
