After reading some reviews, I'll be honest; I was expecting more. This place was definitely rustic and fresh, but had an issue... with the prices and the lack of attention to detail of the order. Two people I was with ordered Penne and meatballs and sadlyreceived rotini and both people didn't like the sauce. The meatballs were healthy portions and the fire roasted pizza was goodexcept the thick and slightly undercooked ham on top. I had a healthy sized hamburger and enjoyed that thoroughly, but my frieswere soggy and clumped together. Unfortunately Fairmont Hot Springs had very limited options to eat in town so this placestands out for some convenient reasons. Read more

A tad bit scrunched in here, but well-worth the sacrifice in space to enjoy HUGE portions of perfectly cooked breakfast! The... pancakes are so thick that they really are cakes! They are rich in flavour and come topped with LOADS of fresh whippedcream! The Salmon Eggs Benedict come with hashbrowns that are perfectly cooked potatoes. Mixed emotions on the food, it was tasty but not. We ordered the burger, chicken sandwich, Thai curry, poutine, garlic bread and... the veggie burger, all have their own unique taste.
