Very delicious pizza, we had the chicken slouvlaki pizza, it was phenomenal and pipping hot out of the oven. We had ice cream... after as well, they were very generous with their scoops, no need for two! A little pricey on both but worth it in the long run.Would recommend for sure! Read more
My family and I tried their pizza for dinner today. I ordered the gluten free pizza and it was surprisingly good. The gluten... free pizza came as a 10? size thin crust pizza. The person taking the order asked if I had an allergy or if it was a personalpreference. I told him it was an allergy. I thought that was pretty nice of him to ask. While we waited for our pizza, my familyand I ordered ice cream. My daughter is allergic to peanuts so we asked if they had any peanut free ice cream. The guy behindthe countered said that most of the ice cream was peanut free. He even took precautions to clean the ice cream scoop and alsowent into the back to get an untainted container of ?Birthday party? ice cream to use just for my daughters cone. That is topnotch service in my books! The ice cream was Chapmans. It tasted pretty good. Overall I was impressed with the level of serviceand would go back again if I ever find myself in the Fairmont Hot Springs area again. Read more
They took 5 phone orders when we were standing there , then they told us it was going to be an hour and a half, they had too... many orders that just came in.. I guess they cater to phone calls not people in store. Read more
If I could give them 10*s I wish I could. Their customer service excelled tonight. We were staying in Fairmont for the weekend.... We had driven 1/2 an hour from Fairmont to Radium to get takeout at a German restaurant as a real treat, even arrived an hourbefore their closing yet were rudely turned away ?as too busy? :( ?we drove all the way back but reached Fairmont Pizza by then10 minutes passed THEIR closing. No dinner for us we thought? WRONG! The guys opened up, offered to make us a pizza eventhough closed as their oven was still on. 15 minutes later they hand delivered a delicious pizza to our car. Unbelievable thatthey?d do that for weary travellers. Back at our hotel the heavy meat/fresh vegetable/cheese laden HOT pizza was absolutelydelicious. The peppers crunched they were so fresh.
