Typical DQ that has the drive through open untill 11
Several times my family has been in this location to order food or to pick up a cake and the service is terrible. You will stand... there for five to ten minutes while at least 3-4 counter persons are standing behind the counter walking in circles speaking ina different language, enjoying their conversation rather than helping the customers. Want to get a cake? Wait for them tounlock the vaulted freezer? but you must wait for someone to actually acknowledge you first. Arrogance and lack of customerservice is all I have to say. Definitely will not spend my money there again. Read more
They get your order wrong and pretend you aren't there.
Went and placed my order, the entire order was wrong. Ended up paying more than what I should of. No one tried to rectify the... situation. Horrible customer service. Will NOT return. Read more
