Food is good but Expensive 1) They dropped off 15% off coupons in my mailbox but i forgot to bring it with me at the restaurant... so the owner denied providing that discount even though i had a valid license which i could show as a proof 2) They charge youan extra $2.50 per topping to replace toppings. This certainly does not happen at other major brands i have visited. Most of thethem would accomodate your request but they did not. Read more
What in the wildest wild of buck did you just serve me? I asked for a donair with Tzatziki sauce, literally, that is all I... wanted. Your "premier chef" decided he would lather wvery single piece of meat in that sauce like his job depended on it. I didnot pay for extra sauce. I didn't even ask (like a broke fuda) for it in the comments. So why did you proceed to POUR 65 gallonsof Tzatziki on my donair? Word of advice from not even an economist: if you train your employees to use the amount a customerordered, you will win financially. I threw this donair out and ordered again from basha. Don't waste your time on thislocation, they are not very smart. They think they are helping you by pouring 349 gallons of sauce in your donair, when in fact,they certainly are not. Read more
I used to love ordering donair pizza here, but today I order a two topper with just donair meat plus extra sweet sauce. I paid... extra for the extra sauce ofcourse. The extra sweet sauce was there but there was barely any donair meat, or if there was it wasjust burnt bits and pieces of maybe(?) donair meat. This place USED TO BE good, but it's been a deception lately, last 2 orders where bad -I ordered a Regular Donnair with... Tzatziki sauce and even though I looked like that sauce the taste was weird, I'm pretty sure the messed up and put Sweet saucefirst,and thought it was easy just to put the tzatziki on top of it to solve the problem, WRONG!! - Decided to give a shotagain , and ordered a Jumbo Donnair and man I guess the regular Donnair has more Meat that Jumbo since it was mainly lettuce????.
