We had a truly awful experience here today. The restaurant itself was filthy, all our food was awful and the staff at the front... was openly making fun of customers. I ordered nachos and there was almost no cheese on them at all, my husbands wrap was staleand hard, my sons burger was undercooked. We barely ate anything and our server just took our plates, you couldn’t tell he wasembarrassed. Total waste of money… Read more
Finally, a decent Boston Pizza I been to in a very long time. The waiter was good, kind and friendly to boot. And the food was... spot on good and decent. And the area was just nice and peaceful, less noise and nothing too crazy around lunch time if I mayadd. We dined here with my husband and two kids yesterday for a quick lunch. We were seated pretty quickly and was helped right away... to get our orders. I really appreciated this as we were in a hurry as well. I find the food is a little overpriced for what youget especially for the pizza. The pasta I find are reasonably priced. We ordered chicken wings but surprised that dipping sauceis not automatically included. Food tasted good and was given to us quickly. We ordered pizza, pasta, and chicken wings. Theywere all presented very well and tasted good. Our waitress was very attentive as well to our needs and came to check on us oncein a awhile. She really took the time and made sure that we are satisfied with our order. We are visiting from Calgary andwould not hesitate to come back here again for a quick lunch if we are at the mall. Came here on a Thursday afternoon and no reservation required. They gave us a seat very quickly and took our order. The waitress... was super friendly. Not to mention, we received our food in ten minutes. So fast and so good! Read more

I understand tipping. I always do, here it's already added onto your bill they tell from the get go. Problem? Yes. We had our... orders taken, table of 6 with 2 kids, food brought out and that was it. We didn't see our server, we sat there for 2 hours anddidn't see her that's a problem. I guess you don't need to come back if you know you're getting a tip? We needed refills, weneeded utensils we needed the bill. The place wasn't that busy. I don't know where she was hiding, but we finally flagged herdown for bill... food was ok, but is an after thought becauae of the server. If you're going to add on the 15% at least makesure you actually talk to your customers when serving. Update. Someone answered this review and said they would contact memonth later nothing, but they take your money quick. Horrible place. Terrible ownership and lazy server. Read more
