Went through drive thru and part of food received was not what we ordered...went in with receipt and incorrect items to get... replacements and the staff member serving us was beyond rude!!! Will NOT visit this location again! Read more
Terrible customer service! Went to redeem my $10 gift card I received from monopoly and they gave me the gift card and said they... had to keep the stamp and I didnt need it as the cards are pre loaded. I go to use the card and it comes up as not activated.Turns out I need the number on the stamp to activate the card. I call this McDonald's to try and rectify this and all I got wasattitude over the phone and they said they would call back and this is day 3 of no call back. This McDonald's is hit and miss. Some times you go there and the food is great. Fresh, hot, and fast. Other times the food is... cold and stale. You can definitely tell the burgers have been sitting in the warmer for way to long. Read more
I bought a coffee, and I was very disappointed because the coffee tasted like water. I even had a free monopoly free large fries... and they gave me a medium one with less fries.
