Usually this location is really good, but today we waited 20 minutes for our lattes with no one ahead of us in line, and I was... given a super mega sweet caramel or maple latte (coma inducing sweetness) when I asked for a regular vanilla bean latte. Read more
Drink was good but they only filled it halfway. Paid for a medium but got a small.
The baristas are super nice and the coffee is really good and not expensive at all :)
I would not get excited about the oat milk at Second Cup. Ordered mobile pickup and waited for the my Oatmilk Iced Latte with an... "extra shot of cream caramel". Came with maybe 2 ice cubes in it and the top half hot and the milk cold. Stirred it into alukewarm mess. Not even sure it was espresso and not just coffee poured on top. For $6, very disappointing.
