I have been ordering on-line for awhile now and its just makes me smile every time I go in for pick-up and they just hand me my... sub. The staff there just knows me and i have heard/seen a few of the veteran staff, quickly note to any new staff who i am whenI walk in and they quickly get my sub. I am in and out in usually less than 10 seconds LOL And they were amazing to call me theother day when they were out of the bread, and ask what i wanted in place. I didnt get the call, but as soon as I walked in, Iwas asked and my sub was made next, even though there was a line. You guys are amazing - keep up the great work!! Read more

Terrible service lady at the front had quite they attitude and screwed up my order then when going to grab a couple of the... cookies she dropped on of then picked it up from the floor and continued to put it in my bag.
