Ordered from their website. Went to pick up at time advised and the store had no record of the order. Showed the order... confirmation and was told to wait 15 minutes and it would be ready. Waited in our car for another 15. Went in and was told wehad to pay again even though it came out of the account & we had a confirmation number from the website. Why would they have letus wait in our car for another 15 minutes without telling us? We refused to pay again so they refunded us the money and we leftwith an hour of our time wasted and no food. They wanted us to pay again and when we refused they refunded us? Yeah, that makessense. Horrible customer service. First time and last time trying the Sushi Shop. Read more
Nice unique sushi with nice presentation but quite pricey. Also there is a bit of a wait to have your food prepared (15 to 20... minutes). Would recommend ordering ahead. Edit: quality has gone downhill. Online and mobile ordering don't work. Actual disheslook nothing as advertised. Read more
I stopped in as I was looking for a snack/light lunch. I decided on trying out a couple of dishes I had never heard of: Monkey... Brains (salmon) & a spicy squid salad. Both were delicious! I will definitely try to come back sooner than later. So many dishesto try! Read more
