Worst TimHortans I?ve been to so far, I was there yesterday with my girlfriend, son and mother in law, the workers were so slow... and had no brain, they got my order wrong and were being rude , when we asked for the receipt the girl that worked there gave usattitude as well the other man would talk over my mother in law. There are 2 locations in city center. This one specifically must not want to make any money. The women that work there have ZERO... sense of urgency. They all move like slugs and act like they don't have a line up of 5 people waiting to get to work with 5people waiting for a simple coffee. So disappointing. There are 3 people working and the lady preparing the food is taking too much time. We've been waiting for 15 minutes and even... gave the order to the customer that ordered after us. Very poor customer service. Read more
Awful. I ordered the loaded habanero chicken bowl. When I opened my order, there was barely any quinoa, instead of the chopped... lettuce that they usually put, I got a literal singular large piece of lettuce on the bottom so it was hidden until I got to it.The cheese was literally cold and I could tell that it was still somewhat frozen.
