My custom order was fast and fresh and the staff were quick and courteous! Well definitely stop here again!
1st time trying breakfast at wendy's & at the drive thru no cars behind us & no customers also its snowing,(saturday morning... 7:30am nov 5,2022) we ordered sausage in a croissants & small coffee w/ cream & sugar and combo no. 2 with med coffee w/ milkand sweetener. The order taker was rushing with our order and you can feel a bit of rudeness while he takes our order, we justlet it be & order politely and go on, felt we wasted our money!!! Read more
Hours are a guessing game, came more than an hour before the closing time that was posted to the door, and lobby was completely... locked and closed, drive thru only. Fries were cold. This doesn't seem to be the only Wendy's in the city which posts hours asa joke and just closes whenever they feel like. Read more
was super hot today needed a lemonade after some grocery shopping. ordered an original lemonade, got a watermelon. when i went... back and politely asked for a new one. they immediately all started screaming at me saying i ordered a watermelon (my boyfriendis allergic to watermelon lol) so i know i wouldn?t say that. tried to reason with them but their attitude continued to getworse. absolutely horrendous customer service. i can?t even believe i was treated this way after THEY messed up my order. willnever be returning. I'm a fan of the bacon egg and cheese buiscuit as McDonald's doesn't offer theirs in canada. I went through drive through and... got 2 sandwiches and a meal. Both sandwich buiscuit were extremely dry and tasted like they were made the day before bacon wasnot typical bacon as some were limp others well done. This was the most discouraging breakfast I think I have had in many years.One sandwich the cheese wasn't even melted or out of its original shape as the sandwich would have to be warm to do that. Nowonder the franchise is up for sale, if breakfast is this terrible there is no way they will grow their breakfast crowd. Afterthat one it will be a couple years before trying their breakfast again.
