First time ordering from this location, very disappointed. Delivery guy was friendly, not his fault that the pizza we ordered... was not even cooked, the dough was RAW. Whomever took our order was not welcoming at all, and then we get raw food. Nobodynoticed right away, it was assumed that it was just cheese that was stringy, not the actual pizza crust dough. I called a fewminutes to closing(not realizing they closed this early) and the manager I spoke to on the phone didn’t apologize, but rathersharply asked if I wanted another one sent. She didn’t seem too welcoming either but rather annoyed (maybe assuming I’mtrying to scam for free food?). The food was enjoyable for me but the mac n cheese entree was not a hit by the other person.
This was our first time at this location. We ordered appetizers (cactus potatoes & nachos) to start. My friend ordered a burger... and fries. We were served drinks that were half full with no ice. The appetizers took 30-45 minutes to come. The potatoes weresoggy and greasy. The nachos were also soggy, which made us think they sat for a while before being brought to us. I want topoint out that there were only 2 other patrons besides us, so it wasn’t busy at all. When they brought the burger, theyinformed us that they ran out of gravy. The fries were cold and soggy and the burger looked bland. My friend sent the burgerback. It was inedible. The server was visibly upset about this, scoffing and saying “it’s fine”. We picked at theappetizers because we didn’t want to seem rude. We had to flag down the staff for refills on the drinks. The restaurant wasvirtually empty but was filthy. There was old spaghetti all over the floor. Dirty napkins left under the tables. Despite all ofthis, we still tipped the server for the poor service.. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location. If they’recomfortable having a filthy dining room, I don’t want to see what the kitchen looks like. Read more
This was a very unfortunate experience. The staff were all very pleasant which was wonderful and the appetizer my daughter... really enjoyed. That is where the good ended. My daughters main meal a pasta dish was served cold although very tasty shedecided to bringing it home and warmed it up next day. My salad was a series of mistakes. First it was made wrong. It wasremade but still did not have the right ingredients. The third time was not the charm as it still had the wrong dressing on itand way too much dressing. One of the main items (beets)was missing and the chicken didn't get ordered but that was rectifiedquickly. Just finally decided to cut our losses and eat what was presented. In this age a series of mistakes to this extentusually results in a discount or some acknowledgement on the bill of the mistakes however that did not occur nor was itoffered. Went for lunch at this location a week ago. It wasn’t busy when were seated. They seated us at the smallest table, just enough... room for barely 2 people. We waited for at least 10 minutes before our server came to take our order. I’m not sure if she wasa server or a manager but she finally came to take our order, then we waited almost half an hour for our food. Others got theirfood before we did and they came in after us. Finally our food came and the same lady who took our order placed our pizza downon the table and her extremely long purple fingernails were touching our pizza. Which was gross. We didn’t eat the slices thather nails were touching. Then we had to wait a long time for a drink refill to which we just waved down any server we couldfind. The wings we ordered were small, not like the ones we get from other BP locations. The pizza tasted a bit off. It wasdifferent from our normal location. All in all, this was the worst service we’ve experienced from any other Boston Pizzalocations. If I could I would’ve not even rated this location 1 star. Terrible service. Terrible experience.
