If I could mark of 0 stars I would. They did not tell me until they messed up my order they had a big order of 70 pizzas going... out and the chef was a little frazzled which I get can happen. My wings were still raw which I discovered after eating half awing. I was not impressed at all. I have worked at a different location while in dinner rush and I know everything can be doneproperly. Taste was overall good, but i won't go there again. No doubt it is expensive, but you can't even customize your pizza according... to your needs as any other basic pizza company offers you. At this price point where i can't even make my pizza spicy, sorry siryou are loosing a customer. Pizza 73, dominos and etc, other chains are cheap and more friendly to customer needs. Read more
Sometimes I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Royal Pizza, pizza is great, however when you have to deal with someone... who hates their job and dealing with customers in a customer service environment puts a gross taste in my mouth. I experiencedthis when I called in and spoke with this girl that made me feel like an inconvenience on September 4th at 8pm. I wish I caughther name. She clearly doesn't enjoy being pleasant with customers and enjoy her job. Go find a new job! Read more
