Awful service! I wish I could give ZERO stars. The regular breads hurt my stomach so I can only eat their wraps. The skip app... doesnt allow for any comments when ordering, and no option to choose wraps. So, I have to call to request my sandwich on a wrapbefore placing the order. However, I can't request a wrap if they won't answer their phone. Tonight I called from the parkinglot just to confirm my suspicions, there were no customers in the store while the phone was ringing and they weren't busy. I'vealso noticed that sometimes after 8pm, their location on skip says they're closed but it's a 24hr store, very frustrating. First of all, everytime I come in here it seems like a lot of the workers don?t have any soft skills to talk to the customer... nicely. They always come across as rude and snarky. Second, why put a ?special instructions list? if they aren?t even gonnahonor it. All I asked was for the veggies and rice/meat to be separated on a different bowl so the veggies won?t get soggy butthey wouldn?t do it cuz there wasn?t an option for me to be charged for that extra paper bowl. On top of that they literallyjust placed the chicken and rice on the counter so it was probably already getting old and hard. Subway as a company has been going downhill for the last 4 months and this location has definitely shown it too. I used to... highly recommend this location to people but not anymore. I have gotten sandwiches with half of the toppings and it's happenedmany times in a row. It begs the question why in the mobile app is an option to add more when they don't do that! I wasdisappointed to find out that this location no longer wants to participate in coupons which I'm okay with, what I'm not okaywith the lack of ingredients at Double the price. Read more
Food good butttt THE SERVICE IS EMBARRASSING. *Walk in and the heat was on. It's +20 outside *Ask for lightly toasted. Had to... remind her to take it out after 20 seconds. *Ask for a little mustard and mayo, got the regular amount. *Didn't get a lid orstraw for my soft drink *Didn't get a bag to carry my full meal.
