The cookies are fine but the Nanaimo bars are not Nanaimo bars at all. Not even close. Don?t even resemble them.

Terrible experience. We went out of town, missing a family members birthday. To surprise them on the day, I wanted to make sure... they received cookies to make sure they knew we were thinking of them. I made an online order for delivery the day before,received an order confirmation and charge to my credit card, and had no indication that the delivery couldn?t be made. Thecookies were never delivered. Once I inquired, it was blamed on a computer glitch and was offered 2 options: a later delivery5 days later OR a refund. In my opinion, it should have been no question that I was offered the refund AND a late delivery. Ijust cancelled altogether because the persons birthday was already missed and we were already going to be coming home thefollowing week. There was no longer a point to spending my money on the cookies. It was all really lack luster. After being2 years in a pandemic, you?d think a company?s website and delivery service would be polished up. I mean, the computerclearly knew that my payment was there- they made sure the money was in their hands. But, the delivery was missed? Doesn?t makea whole lot of sense. I was never a cookie person until I tried cookies by George. I don?t know what they have in their ingredients but it so soft,... chewy, creamy and ADDICTING! I enjoyed it so much so I had to buy some for friends during the holidays which is by no meanscheap but SO worth it! My favorite is the cappuccino and oatmeal ???? Read more
