Such an amazing little gem! The food is amazing, the service top notch, and the ambiance is to die for. Worried that this little... outfit will fold because of how slow it is in the pm on a weeknight and its location. Really worth going to over any of thechains on Jasper and while I am happy it is slow enough for us to snag a table when we need to, I wish it was busy all the timeto speak to how amazing this place is. This was my first visit to this restaurant and it was superb! The staff were super friendly and attentive. Make sure to hit this... place up between 17-18:00 for happy hour! The time from ordering to food on the table was very quick. The food was excellent andthe portion sizes perfect. My visit was in the evening so I will have to go back for lunch in the not to distant future. If youare looking for a culinary delight in the downtown core this is a great place to check out! It's definitely a cozy little place for the hipsters to enjoy. The menu is small, but I like that about these places. The... service is great. i went for lunch and the server was very friendly and approachable. She was happy to answer any questions wehad about the menu and made suggestions for us. I had the soup and salad. The salad is a bean sprout, peanut type salad thatwas very good. I found the dressing to be a bit much, it didn't swim in the dressing, but it was a bit heavy for my taste. Thesalad was very fresh, though, and crisp and well put together, plus you get a heaping size! The soup was butternut squash andit was pretty tasty. I'm fairly certain it is made fresh in house - it certainly tasted that way. But the soup just felt like itwas missing something. I'm not sure what, but for roasted butternut squash soup, I was expecting just a bit more. Overall, Igive a 4 our of 5 stars. The food is good but what I had didn't amaze me.
