This location is a hit-and-miss. My last order was amazing and that?s what made me come back. I ordered a few big Marys today... and requested extra mayo and they all turned out to be extra less sauce, and the lettuce is stale. Who would like some noflavour chicken burger??? Read more
This is the big Mary I got today, Monday November 21, 2022. Very unappetizing and gross looking!
This place has gone majorly down hill. Not sure if the ownership or management has changed but it?s awful compared to a few... months ago. I always pre order and it?s never ready on time, there are always lines to the door, and only two people working(one in front, one in kitchen - even on Mondays, where it?s the Big Mary Monday deal, meaning extra busy). The staff are unableto follow instructions and put the correct dipping sauce in my bag. One time the honey mustard was out of stock and instead ofinforming me, they just threw in a spicy mayo instead lol. The guy working was busy on his phone in the dining area and seemedannoyed with having to help me with my order, which wasn?t ready until I came in (because I saw him having to go to the back tomake it once I arrived).
