Menu for Grandma Lee's Bakery in Edmonton, AB

Definitely won't be going here again. I ordered a club sandwich, which in my experience has never come with slices of ham. ... Well, Grandma Lee's puts ham on it, but doesn't show this on their menu. I can't eat ham for dietary reasons, so when I saw hamon my sandwich I went back up to the counter, expressed that I couldn't eat ham and that clubs don't normally come with thatingredient, and asked for a new sandwich without ham on it. Instead of just making me a new sandwich like I requested, thewoman at the counter said that's what all Club sandwiches come with, and that she wouldn't replace it for me unless I pay for awhole new sandwich. If you're going to have a non-standard item on a classic sandwich, you should at least show that on yourmenu. And then saying that she refused to make me a new sandwich unless I paid for it was just ridiculous. Worst customerservice, poor menu. Definitely won't go back. Read more

Walked by this place for 2 years, tried it the last couple days and not bad.. that is until my BLT today had not one, nor two,... but THREE HAIRS in it.
