Short wait. Great tasting food. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Amazing prices. Only deducted a star because our seating area... was freezing cold. Had to wear jackets. Read more
For a "gourmet" burger place I guess I expected better results. The beef burger had zero flavor. The wait staff were okay and... service was decent. I'll give them another try though. Read more
Good selection of burgers, bottomless fries, many shakes and smoothies. Prices about average, service pretty good. Gets very... busy close to 6 pm, so I would get there close to 5pm if possible. Overall thumbs up. Read more
I've been here before and it was better. Today the service was terrible. It took over half an hour from the time my kids food... arrived until mine came. Apparently they dropped the whole table's food and the manager did provide a discount. We looked atdirty tables for over 45 minutes. Apparently they were too busy dropping our food to bus the tables. We actually dumped some ofthe dishes off our table onto a nearby table because the server didn't take the empty glasses when she finally brought refills. The food was good. I have no complaints about the food. I normally enjoy the bottomless nature of the sides, but I had two verytired kids tonight, so I couldn't get refills. Read more

Good food, decent prices. The waiter we had was good. I like this place because it's consistent.
