So I went in around 9:10pm on Tuesday April 19th. No one was around. Buddy (I don’t know his name) came out yelled, “John,... you got a customer” was asked “did you come in the back door?” Like how else am I going to get in? Further more my foodwas overcooked, and when was being given a straw, it dropped and I said “I don’t need straw” was replied with “that’sgood, it’s on the floor now..” I don’t like giving bad reviews, but if you enjoy shi*y customer service don’t go to A &W Drayton Valley.
