I was threatened by the employee at drive through. Didn?t get his name. But shift was at 2:00PM( had a slight mustache). I... honked while I was in line because of a passing car ( not that it matters), once my turn the drive through employee asked If Iwas the one who honked because since the line was taking too long, taken a back I was like why and he said that if I was theone that honked ?he would have a good talking to me and deal with me?. We exchanged some ?pleasantries? and I left without thedrink, the employee was still screaming, swearing at me calling me rude b!!!! as I was driving off. I came to get a coffee notto be harassed or threatened or be sworn at. He should be reported to head office, he needs anger management and a good trainingon customer service ( or just not be in customer service in the first place). Update: I have contacted their corporate headoffice and their district management is suppose to be looking into the incident. Let?s see how seriously they handle thiscomplaint. Read more
Amazing staff who go above and beyond for customers. MUCH better service compared to places such as Tim Hortons or... McDonald?s.They are fast even though they are severely understaffed. It says they open at 6am. But i tried to get coffee a couple of time at 6:30 anf they were closed. Yet even on their drive... through intercome there was a paper taped saying that they are open feom 6am????? Please update your hours so people don't wastetheir time in the morning. Read more

Honestly I?m pretty displeased with this Starbucks? paid top dollar for extra caramel in my caramel macchiato and they only put... one squeeze of it in? extremely bitter and not satisfied at all? every time I go to the Starbucks in Fairview mall in pointeClaire they fill it right up with caramel and tastes amazing.
