Placed our order at 13:57:47 and received order at 15:00:00. A one hour wait fro 2 chicken nuggets happy meals, 2 big macs and... a pouting. Customers lined up everywhere waiting. Manager ignored our inquiries. She was too busy sweeping floor andproceeded to process orders without washing her hands. She did not direct staff at all. Was a total free for all and we thecustomers had to just wait. Totally disgusted and the meals were cold. If it wasn't for the grandchildren would have demandedour money back and left. The wait times are ridiculous, the quality of the food is awful. Skip this location. It takes so long to get your "food" that my... 5 year old daughter threatened me to never draw me a picture ever again. This McDonald's, being one one of the busiest boulevards, really needs to get its act together. I realize finding staff is very... difficult but they really need to train the ones they DO have to up their game. Extremely long drive through waits...noexaggeration, 35 minute wait! Read more
