October 22, 2022 at 5:00pm...drive through was long so I went inside... Waited 20 minutes in line, others still waiting for... their order. The boys behind the counter were daised and confused, always looking at the screens. The boy with the drive throughheadset was just walking around. I never reached the counter... Walked out. Saw a car reversing out of the drive through and hesaid to me, Ive been here 20 minutes. Hello owner, it's your fault. You do not provide training and coaching to your staff.Hint - hire Filipinos...then maybe your customers will come back. Final message... Stay away... I went to McDonald's. Read more
Worst service I have ever ever had in an A&W by far. Members of the staff wandered past behind the counter without greeting us... as we stood waiting to order, including the shift leader who fiddled with the cashes in front of us without a word and wanderedoff. After a minimum of 10mins a staff member took our order, never asking if we wanted to dine in or take out or apologyzingfor the wait. From where we stood we say our first burger and fries arrived and be baggaged in the first 5min, then it wasanother 10 minute wait for the next. Needless to say, the first burger and fry were not hot when they got to us. Our bag of foodwas shoved at us, with straws but no glass for our drink. When we asked a staff member for a glass we confirmed that we wanted aglass mug, but were handed a paper one.... Too much work I guess. We sat down at one of the many dirty tables only to discoverthat we had two teen burgers instead of a teen and an uncle and less fries compared to other A&Ws.... While we were waiting forour order we say one maybe to drivethru orders be completed, while the line of cars wrapped around the building and past theDormez vous.... On October 8 at 8:15. We went through the drive through, the people on the microphones were messing around and we knew that they... would mess up our order just because of that fact that 2 people were jokingly taking our order. When we finally received ourorder we were missing a root beer and fries. We went back to get the fries. While eating my boyfriend noticed a funny taste inhis burger, which was the wrong burger might I add, we stopped to smell it and it smelt like cleaning liquid. Exactly likecleaning liquid. Our fries were undercooked and did not taste very good. I am overall very disappointed, I have never had suchterrible service in my life. While I was waiting for my food I witnessed messed up... orders, missed Uber eats orders, arguments about breaks? the restaurant was filthy? they weren?t taking orders in a timelymanner from walk-ins?
