It was my first visit as my co-worker brought me there to try the fries. The cashier may not be in the mood. I wasn't so sure... with what to order so I asked the cashier in a very polite and nicely manner what she can suggest like most first timers do butI got a condescending response from her. I wasn't sure if that was some kind of a racially motivated response from her so Itried to observe her while waiting for my number to be called. A couple (majority race) went to order to this same cashier andthey were getting the same response. I would love to think now that it wasn't because of my color why she acted that way. Itcould be that she just wasn't in the mood or that could be her natural behavior towards accomodating customers. Either or, it'sbad for the business. Read more

I see mainly ( 95%) foreigners working there now so quanity and qualityis very low now!! Where are the regular employees there for long time go?? What is going on with greater moncton restaurants?All selling their business's to whom do not care about service kindness or quality. Serve less pay more attitudes now? Are theytrained by regulars? I SEE NO REGULARS EMPLOYEES. No more for me... And I will tell everyone I know, not to go there unless theyhave a full paycheck and then still be hungry after you ate a ripped off serving. I had fish and chips. While the service was friendly and fast.. the fish was disappointing. The batter was pasty on the inside... and the texture was discomforting. The french fries were amazing though as I remembered. Read more

Prices have gone up and portions down everywhere including here, but add that to the despicable way one of the staff members... continually belittled another employee in front of everyone, and it ruined the experience for me. The fish wasnt even wellcooked, and the fact that they now charge $2.85+tax for a tiny cup of powdered gravy mix, and this wont be a place I give any ofmy business to anymore sadly.
