I must have driven by a Tim's now Google thinks I actually ordered something. Not gonna happen. Every time I let my guard down... and give this place another chance, they will quickly remind me why I swore them off in the first place. I think it's a game tothem. It's not even a Canadian company anymore which is all they had going for them. Now some BOT is going to apologize for myexperience and ask me how they can "do better". It's actually quite a shame. Don?t bother. go somewhere else, you?ll be waiting 10 min just for a coffee and if you order more then that it?s another 20 min.... I order a coffee and a chilli / sandwich and had to wait 30 min. And there was maybe only 10 people and some people had waited20 min for just a bagel. Read more
Just went and ordered two hot chocolates with whip cream. Girl at window said ? with whip cream?? I said yes please. We got... home and had half a hot chocolate in the cup with no whip cream and the second one was watered down and the colour of milk withno whip cream. We were the only ones in line. So disappointing. Waste of money. Read more
I've never cared enough to rate any business but this Tim Hortons is the most hit or miss business I've ever been to. It can... either have wonderful service, or it can be a 15min wait in a lineup of 4 people only to interact with someone who could careless and practically throws your order at you. I can't comment on the work environment for the workers but as a semi-frequentcustomer the amount of turnover is incredible. I find it a shame because it's often the newer employees that give the betterservice aside from a small handful of the regular employees. I hope this place can attain some kind of consistency and improvetheir level of service on the busy mornings. Read more

The girl taking my order was rude and snippy. When I asked the soups she said there was only chicken noodle - understandable it... happens - then I asked if there was any chili. She was so rude, laughing, and said that she ?just said there was only chickennoodle?. This isn?t the first time I?ve gotten snide remarks and I think it was the same young girl too.
